1. What data may be deleted

Depending on your relationship with our platform, deletion requests may apply to:

• Facebook / Instagram / Meta lead data imported into our CRM
• connected Meta integration records
• CRM customer / lead profile information
• activity logs associated with Meta lead imports
• account-related personal information stored in Forth/Pharma ERP, where applicable and legally permitted

2. How to request deletion

Data Deletion Request – Forth/Pharma ERP

Please include as much of the following information as possible so we can identify the correct data:

• Your full name
• Your company / organization name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The Facebook Page name / Page ID or Instagram account used with our integration, if applicable
• Any lead form details, CRM lead details, or Meta lead identifiers if available
• A description of the data you want deleted

3. Verification

For security reasons, we may request additional information to verify that you are the rightful account owner, page admin, organization representative, or authorized requester before deleting data.

4. Processing timeline

Once we verify the request, we will review and process eligible deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to:

• legal obligations
• accounting / tax / employment / audit retention requirements
• dispute resolution needs
• system backup / archival constraints where applicable

5. Important note

Some records may need to be retained where required by law, legitimate business recordkeeping, fraud prevention, security, or compliance obligations. In such cases, we will limit further processing where possible.
